An award-winning chef and formed member of Culinary Team Victoria (1990 and 1992) and Culinary Team Canada (1994),
Angelo Prosperi-Porta was trained at Malaspina College. He has worked as a pastry chef at Murchie's Tearoom and the Oak Bay Beach Hotel in Victoria, and ran the pastry kitchen at the Delta Mountain Inn in Whistler.
